Ken Taub’s architecture reflects a wide range of aesthetics, and over 35 years of experience in both residential and commercial projects in eight states.

Currently, his specialty is designing luxury single-family homes in the upscale Seaside communities of Marin and Santa Barbara, California. These elegant and spacious homes capture breath-taking ocean and mountain views while preserving the views of the neighbors and the natural beauty of the sites. He has completed eight major homes in Santa Barbara including Hope Ranch and La Romana Estates, as well as a major estate on top of Northridge Road. Ken has also designed and built numerous estate homes in the Bay Area’s upscale Marin County.

Originally from Houston, Texas, Ken’s designs have spanned the country and include shopping centers, office buildings, medical facilities, 8,000 apartment units, townhouses, restaurants and single-family homes. Ken was deeply involved in the entire construction process of many of these structures, typical of his hands-on approach and attention to detail.

Ken is also a General Contractor of 25 years, and has built shopping centers, apartment houses and many upscale residential projects. The latest include the above mentioned estate homes in Santa Barbara and Marin County, California.
